Our team can accept beef requests at any time. We will contact you by phone within 24 hours of your order submission.

Meat is processed at a WA State inspected, family owned facility. Customer is responsible for picking up beef from processor on pickup date unless other arrangements have been made. We will notify you of pickup date and location after we receive your final payment.

• Meat will be wrapped in lined butcher paper

• We require a $100 deposit to hold your beef at time of order, and the remaining cost once actual hanging weight is determined by butcher

• Specialty cuts (such as stir fry) will cost extra
